“When I use my BlueParrot bluetooth headset (B350-XT) with my Panasonic KX-TGD562 base unit, I cannot use the keypad buttons on the phone for automated call prompts (press 1, for ABC, press 2 for XYZ, etc). Is there a setting I need to change? Thanks.”

• To "Panasonic Answers" - Then why does the keypad not work when the headset is engaged? If I connect the headset to my iPhone 8+, the keys on the iPhone function as expected. Thanks

• Thank you for your question. The headset only affects the sound coming out of the phone or going to the phone. It does not affect how the keypad of a handset works.
