- Answer Hello. The phone system does not support a USB connection for high-speed internet or any direct internet connectivity. The model is designed for traditional landline telephone use and does not have built-in VoIP or internet features. -C

- Answer The model can work with VoIP, however, if you will experience noise issues or will notice that Caller ID features are not working properly, then you will also have to install a DSL/ADSL filter to the telephone line, between the base unit and each telephone line jack. For this, the DSL/ADSL provider will have to be contacted for further details. -M

QuestionHow far from the base phone will the other phones work

- Answer I keep the base of the phone in our "wiring closet" in our laundry room, along with our router, cable wires, etc. I charge the 3 phones on the remaining two chargers located in the house. I can use the phones while on the sidewalk (the curb) in front of our home, and the phones also works at the along the fence line in the backyard. We have a 2071 sq. ft. home and there is no place on our property where the phones do not work

- Answer Hi, Alice! It is possible to adjust the ring count. On a handset, you need to press the MENU button, then the # key and enter 211 to set the ring count of the answering machine. With the UP or DOWN arrow keys choose the desired option and press SELECT, then press SAVE. To exit the setting press the OFF button. Hope this helps! -C

- Answer Hello! The KX-TGD563M has individual handsets that are model number KX-TGDA50 or KX-TGDA51 and both are compatible with the KX-TG832 base unit. However, please take note that it is not possible to register a base unit to an existing base unit. You will need to de-register the handsets from the original base and register them to the KX-TGD563. Also, this model number indicates that you already have 5 handsets, which means that you can only add one more. Hope this helps! -C
