Thank you for reaching out! The Link2Cell feature will only allow cellphone connection. This equipment is hearing aid compatible as defined by the FCC in 47 CFR Section 68.316. For connection information, you might need to contact the manufacturer of the hearing aids as well. Bluetooth connection is made with the base unit, however it will also apply to the handsets.
