“Is there a way to disable the "Check tel line" message on the screen if not using a landline with this phone?”

• You need to activate cell line only mode by pressing the [menu] button and then dialing #157 But, this can only be done from a handset, not the base station. Confusingly, the user manual does not mention this last bit.

• If you do not use a landline and only the Link2Cell feature, you need to enable the Cell Line Only mode by pressing MENU # 1 5 7 > go to ON > SAVE.
