Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. If the calls are spoofing local numbers you can block them with the phone's call block. However, when that number is blocked, the spammers simply use a different local number. They can do this ALL day with the phone blocking numbers they will not try again. As almost all of the fake calls ID as from our area code and neighborhood local prefix (numbers following the area code), we can NOT block the area code or the prefixes without blocking our neighbors. Its up to the phone service providers to identify the origin or the number (usually India) and stop the calls there. That would cost money and effort so don't wait for it.
