No. They are all hooked up to the same line. But it is very convenient to have 4 of them so you can put them in different rooms & be able to answer phone quickly, or use it quickly., almost anywhere. We really enjoy ours, we have one in living room, one in kitchen, one in our bedroom & one in my craft room.
