“Only the base and one of the four handsets rings. Three handsets do not ring anymore. All four of the handsets used to ring. I bought this Panasonic KX-TGD564 with four handsets from Best Buy. thanks Bob”

Hello! Please make sure that the ringer in ON. You will need to press MENU # 1 6 0 on each unit > adjust the ringer volume > press SAVE.
