• Hi, Margaret! The phone has the Talking Caller ID feature, which lets you know who is calling without looking at the display. To use this feature, you must: subscribe to a Caller ID service of your phone service provider and turn this feature on. Also, it does have a lighted handset keypad, which is amber. -C
