Assume you know the #621 pairing method. I haven't tried this but, partial excerpt from the manual: "Using a Bluetooth headset (optional) Important: Your bluetooth headset must support the Headset Profile (HSP) specification. Note: You cannot use a bluetooth headset to talk on a cellular line. Panasonic's (sparse) help for bluetooth pairing is at: https://help.na.panasonic.com/answers/how-to-register-pair-a-bluetooth-headset-to-telephone/ Hope that might help.

Hi, Mike! The telephone system is compatible with Bluetooth headsets that support Headset Profile (HSP) specification. We have tested some models to determine if they are compatible.
