• Hi! You can press the UP arrow repeatedly to increase the volume to the desired setting during a call. We also recommend our amplified phone systems: KX-TGM420, KX-TGM430 and KX-TGM450. These phone systems boost volume for caller voice amplification up to 40 dB and set ringer tone volumes up to 100 dB. Hope this helps! -C
