“I have a fairly new (2021) Panasonic KX-TG994SK but I cannot get a signal from the base unit to the phone in my bedroom. One level house 2000 sq. Ft. Has anyone else had this problem? I have called Panasonic and they were no help!”

We have not had a problem. Our home is about 2600 sq feet - 2 story. Since the phones are wireless walls and obstructions can interfere with the signal. I would try moving the base station to other locations in the home. Someplace more central. If the current location is in a corner of the house and the bedroom is say 60 ft away in the opposite corner moving the phone to a central location will reduce the distance to say 30 ft. That might enable the signal to reach all the phones.

The range will also be influenced by the environment in which the phone system is placed, and if there are any electronics around that would weaken the signal (such as microwave ovens, Wi-Fi routers, radios). We advise you to check if the handset will have the same issue when placed closer to the base unit. -G
