Dear customer, if someone else listened to the message already and didn't delete it, you can listen to it again by pressing MENU and #324 to play all messages. To listen to the new messages you can press MENU and #323. If you want to delete the messages after you listen to them you can press MENU and #325 ( which erases all of the answering system's messages).
