Yes, you can. Mine is on the wall. Great phones.

Yes. The base station mounting has two positions - one to sit on a desk and the other for wall mounting. It is configured for desk mount out of the box, and I have not tried the wall mount.

Yes. Remove the table stand and there is a slot for a screw to hang the unit.
