Dear customer, for the Caller ID feature, you need to contact your service provider. If you already have it on a Cox line then it will work if you connected the base unit to VOIP providers' terminal. The following handsets are compatible with this model, for example (KX-): TGFA72(Included Handset); TGFA70; TGFA71; TGTA61; TGFA61; TGEA60; TGEA61.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1. Caller ID is a feature of your telephone service. If you already have it on a Cox line then it will work on a DECT handset. 2. Any DECT 6.0 handset "should" work but the general recommendation is to stick with the same manufacturer. Any Panasonic DECT 6.0 handset will work IF your base station can support that many registered handsets. See the manual section on Registering A Unit.
