“I have this phone and initially it displayed the # calling in. Now it does not and just displays in-coming call. on the display. Is there something I need to do to adjust this so I know the number calling before I answer the phone? Thank you!”

Thank you for reaching out! In regards to your question, kindly be informed that the Caller ID displayed for an incoming call depends mainly on your Caller ID Service with your landline provider. In consequence, we would recommend you to check with them, in order to make sure the service is enabled and working properly from their end.
