“Our old At&t expandable cordless phone system had a speaker option but we found that when the caller was speaking while we listened could not hear us when we tried to speak when they were speaking. Does the Panasonic system operate this way?.”

• Have not had occasion to observe yes/no. Sorry. We have spoken at length with the speaker and it seems that this defect would have shown up so I would lean to saying that there is not a duplex problem.
