• Kindly be informed that the unit has the option for FLASH, however is a soft key visible on the display during the call.

• If you have subscribed to both Caller ID and Call Waiting with your phone company, then the incoming call will show on the display. press "Accept" on the soft key below the display. To switch between calls press "Flash" soft key below the display screen.
