“If you are all ready talking on the phone and another call comes in, how do you switch to the other call and then get back to your original call? Also, how do you delete calls that came in on CID after a while?”

Hello. If you are subscribed to the Call Waiting service, when you have a second call incoming press ACCEPT to answer and to switch between calls press FLASH. ACCEPT and FLASH are soft keys visible on the display during a call.
