• Hi Fermos, The KX-S4100B is intended to be used in the United States so it uses a 120V A/C adapter, if you are planning to have the telephone plugged in a different voltage, you need to have a transformer to accommodate 220V or a 240V so as not to damage the unit. Thank you for your question.
