QuestionWill this phone work with a fax machine?

- Answer The phone does not have a DATA port at the back but if you install a splitter then there should be no problem hooking up a fax machine with this phone system.

- Answer No. This is an integrated phone system, it is not adaptable to any cordless phones.

QuestionIf i get 2 of these phones, can i transfer call between the phones?For example, if i have one phone and my assistant has the other, can we transfer calls to each other?

- Answer Yes. As long as the two units are connected in parallel then there should be no problem tranferring calls or doing intercom calls between the phone systems.

- Answer Thank you for your question Denny. The handset has a 2.5 mm headset jack inlet, for best performance we recommend these Panasonic headsets - KX-TCA430, KX-TCA93 or the KX-TCA94-B. I Hope this information helps.

Questionwill this phone recognize the other 2 phones in our officeI need to know that if someone is on line1 it will show on this phone. the other 2 phones are AT&T corded 2line phones.

- Answer No. Since this is an integrated phone system, if a non-system phone is connected to the line, the line indicators of this model will not function for your other AT&T phones or the other way around, even if they are plugged in on the same line.

QuestionDoes this phone require electical outlet?

- Answer The unit comes with an adaptor but it will still work as a standard telephone if you do not have it plugged in on a power outlet so you can make and receive phone calls. Some features will not work for the system if it is not plugged in to an electrical outlet such as speaker phone, line indicator and intercom.

- Answer No. The KX-TS4200B does not have a talking caller ID feature.

- Answer Hello Joe. This is an integrated phone system, it is only guaranteed to work for a conventional phone line recommended to get plugged on a regular phone jack.
