• No The Panasonic LUMIX DC-ZS70K does not have a microphone input/aux input but you might be able to use a Micro USB Male to 3.5mm Jack Female Audio Cable Cord to connect it to a microphone.

• Yes, it does. I downloaded the users manual from the Panasonic website to look at the camera diagrams, the two little holes shown in the photo of the top of the camera are a stereo microphone input. The specs on the Best Buy website cannot always be trusted. I went to the Panasonic website because the BB specs said no tripod mount. That sounded wrong, the Panasonic specs did not address it at all, so I went to the users manual, and sure enough, the diagram showed a tripod mount. I had also noticed in the photo, the two holes on the top of the camera and I was curious about what those were, hence my answer to your question.
