I haven’t seen anywhere selling two versions of this like other models. And you can switch between ntsc pal and a third cinema frequency that gives you true 24fps

Best Buy only gets its Panasonic products from Panasonic USA. This means that the camera you buy comes with the standard one year warranty. BUT, after you register it the warranty is extended for a total of 3 years. This promotion is running through March 31st, 2019. This extended warranty is for all Panasonic Lumix cameras to the best of my knowledge. Check shop.panasonic.com for specifics on exact amera models but I am fairly certain this offer is across the board.

Yes. It appears to be a US model, although you can run it on international system frequencies (ie. 60hz 50hz, 24hz). Hope this helps
