- Answer Hit the microwave button on the upper left, it starts at 10, keep hitting it until you get to your desired power level. Or you can simply say “Alexa, microwave on high (medium, low etc.) for two minutes” and it will turn on in run if you have Alexa set up.

- Answer Thanks (Panasonic) for your response, but it didn’t quite work. That being said, I did figure it out. You need to delete the device from the Alexa app…or follow the process to forget the Wi-Fi network before you unplug and plug back in the machine. If you don’t do that, the microwave automatically reconnects and skips the setup mode.

- Answer When you first turn it on, there is a setting to turn off the connection to wi-fi. If you've already been using it, you can follow a reset procedure to turn it off. Instructions are in the manual.

- Answer Unfortunately, you can’t. It goes off (along with the Alexa connection) after 3 minutes as a power-saving feature. Really annoying.
