“Specs say there are 10 power levels. How do you access the power level setting and its 10 increments?”

• Hit the microwave button on the upper left, it starts at 10, keep hitting it until you get to your desired power level. Or you can simply say “Alexa, microwave on high (medium, low etc.) for two minutes” and it will turn on in run if you have Alexa set up.

• You press Microwave, which then displays 10 short bars, indicating that power level is 10 by default. If you keep pressing the Microwave button, the bars will disappear one by one indicating lower power levels. Whenever you get to the power level you want, turn the dial to set the time, and then press Start.

• Hello! You need to press Microwave until the desired power level appears in the display. Also, PL10 is the highest and PL1 is the lowest. Hope this helps! -C
