Hit the microwave button on the upper left, it starts at 10, keep hitting it until you get to your desired power level. Or you can simply say “Alexa, microwave on high (medium, low etc.) for two minutes” and it will turn on in run if you have Alexa set up.

If you keep pressing the Microwave button, the bars will disappear one by one indicating lower power levels. Whenever you get to the power level you want, turn the dial to set the time, and then press Start.
