• A:Answer Hi! If you connect wireless network with Alexa, time will automatically appear on display. Also, the Quick 30 feature allows you to reheat for 30 seconds at 100% (full power) by simply pressing the Quick 30 button. By repeatedly pressing the Quick 30 button, you can also extend the reheating time to 5 minutes by 30-second increments. To microwave by Quick 30, say like this: ''Alexa, microwave for 30 seconds." or "Alexa, cook for 30 seconds." After you press Quick 30, you will need to press dial to Start. Hope this helps! -C

Q: QuestionI saw that the ventilation recommendations. I’d like to put this in a cabinet with a roll out shelf. Once rolled out it has 2” clearance on the left side, right is open and top is open. Will that met the safety requirements?

Q: QuestionIs there a programming hack to allow the clock to stay on for longer than 3 minutes? I do NOT need the generic answer from Panasonic about it saving power. I will be returning if there is no fix for this. Returning full of vindaloo.

Q: QuestionAre the controls backlit? In other words, can I see the controls at night if my lights are off in my kitchen?

• A:Answer No, the controls are not back-lit. You will need to turn on the lights to read the buttons. However, if you are using it with Alexa you can simply say “Alexa, microwave on high for two minutes” and it will turn on and go. Also, there is no clock display. The clock display will turn on if you hit the cancel button but it turns off after a few minutes but you have Alexa, you can say Alexa what time is it.

Q: QuestionDoes this microwave keep beeping until you open the door and get your food? If so, is there a way to turn that feature off?

• A:Answer When the food is done, it makes 5 short beeps. If you haven't opened the door and taken your food out after 30 seconds, it makes 5 short beeps again. In another minute, it makes 5 more short beeps. There are no more beeps after that.

• A:Answer Press the microwave button until you get to the desired level (it starts at power level 10 and goes down each time you hit the button), then turn the knob to the desired time. Or you can simply say “Alexa, microwave on high (medium, etc.) for one minute and fifteen seconds” and it will turn on and run if you have it hooked up to Alexa.
