- Answer Yes, it does play HDR10+ format, along with Dolby Vision. If a blu-ray has both formats, the HDR10+ takes precedence, unless you disable the option

QuestionWhy streaming Netflix, the colors are totally off. ? Works well with Amazon, Blu-ray disc. I can stream on my desktop and then Netflix colors are ok.

QuestionI am having issues with audio on certain 4K movies. For example, I have Casino in 4K and for some odd reason the main movie does not play any audio. The main menu has sound but that the actual movie. Another one is Pan's Labyrinth in 4K as well.

- Answer No , and voltage is not the only problem. This player is set up to play discs from region A or 1 only ,& won't work with most non American TV's

- Answer Do NOT buy this player for mainly internet use. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the player. However, as far as the internet goes the player is only useful for Netflix and Amazon Prime. My suggestion is to use an Apple TV for streaming and the Panasonic as a disc player.

QuestionI am using the 7.1 analog outputs, and when I use the channel balance settings, it skips over the subwoofer and when I select it specifically, there's no white noise output. However when I use channel balance tests on a test disc, I do get LFE output.

- Answer Did you select that a sub is present? I use a separate sound processor, but I use an output from the stereo (front) amp, volume variable with that amp's volume, to go to my subwoofer amps. That way I can choose to have subs all the time, whether I'm listening to a surround track or any other input, stereo or otherwise.

QuestionIs the AC power cord supply cord supposed to plug into the "AC IN" space easily? I am struggling to plug it into the back of the Blu Ray Player. I am scared to apply force because I worry it might damage the device.

- Answer You do have to apply some force but it shouldn't be anything crazy as far as you feel like you're having to put a ton of muscle into it.
