• Yes it can - It is an in app purchase. BUT AS OF Aug 8th, 2018 PARROT IS NOW ONLY CHARGING ----- 99cents FOR FLIGHT PLAN APP and ANOTHER 99cents FOR THE FOLLOW ME APP. It is because Parrot has had a whole lot of complaints about the extra +or- $17.00 for the in app purchases.

• absolutely yes it can. You can even map out altitude and camera pointing direction. It is a feature you need to purchase within the app, but its well worth it since its soo very capable and very smart.
