• Yes this drone live streams onto your device. I have experienced a bit of latency though but nothing deal breaking. If you choose to record then the video will become a bit choppy but when you look at the recordings they are all smooth.

• You use your phone/device as the controller and when you connect to the drone's wifi connection and pull up the app, your phone/device will show a live view of what is being seen by the camera. You can also record what you see which is then downloaded to your device or a USB drive that is attached to the drone.
