No. I would say it has a tolerance for water resistance though. I have flown mine a couple times when it started to rain on my return home without damage. I wouldn't recommend doing that regularly though.

Like any electronics, I wouldn't submerge it in water, that being said.... I've read that you can fly in light rain with no issues.

Not out of the box. You would have to coat the electronics yourself. No sure about the camera, I'm guessing you would have to fly with the hood on.
