• Make sure you've agreed to all the legal stuff when you first boot it up. That will instantly load and install the programs. Also, remember to update the computer. Since its fresh out of the box, it's "brand new"... you have to load the programs and update them.

• MINE CAME WITH WINDOWS 10 INSTALLED and I purchased Msft Office 365 separate and downloaded it in a snap. EVERYTHING working 100% and better than I hoped or dreamed it could/would. (AND I am a little ole' senior lady who did it all by herself. :-)
