QuestionEvery time I put this computer to sleep and wake it up by moving or shaking the mouse it don't work instead I really have to turn off and on the power button on the left, Is it really like this?

- Answer This does not seem to be the case with mine, when I put it to sleep all I do to wake it up is just move the mouse left right and at times I right click the mouse and it wakes up. Might want to check change your batteries on your mouse, and keyboard. Also try to wake it up by pressing any key on your keyboard.

- Answer Pretty fast, it has a quad-core intel i5 which should make it pretty fast, of course if you're looking for something extremely powerful for programs such as video or music creation, you might want to find something including an i7 processor, however if you're just using this computer for browsing the web, emails, file storage, or anything else not too extreme, this pc will work fine for you.

- Answer It doesn't matter. All USB are back figured to take 2.0 or 3.0 no matter which one you plug it into. If you plug it into the wrong slot the computer will let you know. But it doesn't matter.

- Answer Well not that i know of. My HP was touch screen as soon as I turned it on. I really dont use it cause i dont want fingerprints on the screen. But I did test it and it did work i also tried tablet mode.

- Answer Yes the Smims 4 should run smoothly, it certainly meets and exceeds most of the requirements for this game. That said this is not a gaming system (No dedicated gfx card) so do not expect it to be able to smoothly run most modern games at it's native 1080p resolution.

- Answer A very good question. I had placed this computer in my cart on 11/25/17 to purchase and came back this morning to find that the sales price was gone. Very disappointed! He who hesitates is lost! I'm going to visit my local store on Cyber Monday and see what they can do.

- Answer Attaching a second monitor will in no way impact remote connectivity. That is to say if it works remotely for you now it will continue to work. If it does not currently work remotely adding the second monitor will not enable any sort of remote connectivity. I would suggest looking into enabling remote desktop if you're looking for a way to remote in. Be careful however as enabling remote access to your computer without access rules means anyone else on the internet can also attempt to log in remotely.
