- Answer I purchased one yesterday and took it back this morning because the fan was very load. The sales people said that it was not normal and I listened to the one in store and it was silent. I took home another one today and the fan is noisy again.

- Answer All desktop computers need to be plugged into an electrical outlet in order to operate. Laptop and notebook computers can run off internal battery for several hours before needing to be recharged.

Questionthe usb ports are awkward to access. is there a better method or a usb that can be added so as not to practically stand on your head and crawl behind the desk to insert a thumb drive?

- Answer A standard USB port device will solve your problem. There are a variety available. Pick one with the number of ports you need for your devices, +1. Plug it into your "difficult to reach" USB port, and place the "now really easy to reach" device anywhere you have room.

- Answer You could always use an HDMI splitter but the screens would be identical. They do sell usb to DVI adaptors online. That may work.

- Answer Hello Edward! This computer would certainly be able to make those videos, it has a TON of storage space, 2TB so you would be able to store plenty of HD videos and with the combination of the Intel i5 and 12GB of RAM I believe you would be very impressed by this computers ability to accomplish what you plan to do with it.
