A:AnswerI purchased this computer about 3 weeks ago and I am very happy with it. It was very easy to hook my second monitor up, only took a few minutes. My second monitor is older so I had to use the USB to VGA adapter. The only downfall is that I can't adjust the screen resolution on the second monitor but I had the same problem when using my Dell.

A:AnswerMake sure you've agreed to all the legal stuff when you first boot it up. That will instantly load and install the programs. Also, remember to update the computer. Since its fresh out of the box, it's "brand new"... you have to load the programs and update them.
A:AnswerI haven't opened up the back of my unit yet ... but based on the size and how much is crammed into the small space - I highly doubt it. Probably best if you contact HP support.
