“Keyboard issue. Is there any way to turn F1 to F12 keys back to basic functions by default? e.g. you normally press F5 to refresh webpages, but you have to press Fn+F5 with this HP keyboard, as HP makes F5 a Play key. It's very inconvenient. Thanks.”

HP team, I also found some posts about disabling "Action Keys Mode" in BIOS, however, there is no such setting in the BIOS for AIO 24-r114. I have upgraded to the latest release. Can you please let me if you are referring to some other settings in BIOS? Thanks.
