Windows has an Upgrade site that they use to update older hardware.anything made for XP is gonna be difficult to upgrade.And the same can be said for Windows 7.XP has been phased out by Microsoft,and in coming years Windows 7 is being phased out as well

Please try again later.Windows 7 might work for a while but all support for Windows 7 is being phased out by Microsoft in coming years.There are programs you can use from Windows Store/and online that will simulate the look of 7(with some features) while still running Windows 10.Keep in mind that most hardware is using only Windows 10(and some 8 as well)I,m not a fan of the interface also.
