• I wanted chase and I got Rubble. So I think they just randomly grab whats available. I wish there was a way to specify which character you want to buy. I feel Best Buy has fallen behind in customer service, since this pandemic hit. Order a product like this and never be able to get the one you want or even exchange the one you have. Do remember to make an appointment for Geek Squad whether you have Total Tech or not.
