A:AnswerI returned it because the switch was not snugged fit in the case and the grips felt like cheap plastic. So the size is slightly bigger than the switch with the joycons attached.
A:AnswerI bought mine like 2 weeks ago so I’d say yes? If not then once it restocks, it’s worth buying right away cause it’s a must have for LoZ fans plus it’s a beautiful travel case for your Switch. Good Luck.

If you search Amazon for 'switch armor guards', there are a few listed which are also made by PDP and those only cover the back and sides.
