“What do you do if/when the bulb does not blink as suggested in the app during setup? The in-box instructions and in-app help are both woefully inadequate. Thanks”

Hello, If the bulb is not blinking, turn the light switch on and off five times, pausing about a second each time you turn the switch on or off. If you need further assistance, please call our Support Team at 833-732-2324.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It took me several times to get the bulbs to blink to enter the set up mode - agreed the app and in box instruction were not the best. I did call the help line and they were very helpful, even called back later to check on my status.
