- Answer This bluetooth tracker has a bluetooth range of up to 500 feet in open area. Once the device goes out of bluetooth range then it will use the Apple network (if you paired with Apple Find My) OR Google network (if you paired with Google Find Hub) to help update the location of the device The update depends on the users that are around your device, so if you are in an airport and there are many users around you have a better chance of getting the updated location of your device.

- Answer Hi RJ, when you pair the device with Google Find Hub or Apple Find My app that app will track your device, but you can use the phone finder feature that is on the Pebblebee app. Pair your device with Google OR Apple to pair and then pair with the Pebblebee app to use the phone finder feature, which will ring your phone. - Answer The Pebblebee card comes with a USB-C magnetic charger. So one side is USB-C and the other is magnetic charger that clips magnetically to the Pebblebee card. Hope that helps.

- Answer There are no ongoing charges for the pebblebee tracking devices. They use the find my device applications (free) from either Google or Apple depending on your chosen operating system.
