- Answer There is a thumb screw behind the square metal holder in the picture, which allows the square, as well as the TV that it is attached too, to move about 20 degrees up, or down from true horizontal. I had to hang mine high, for a dresser underneath, and tilted it down for easier TV viewing.

QuestionI need a single post mount due to wall stud placement. Most fail over time due to weight of tv wearing out bearings causing sag or unlevel angle. Does this mount have robust materials or plastic components.

- Answer Mine is mounted in one stud on a 40”. Very sturdy no plastic.

QuestionWhat is the distance between the wall mount holes?

- Answer The holes that mount the tv bracket to the wall/stud are approximately 8 inches apart from center of one wall mount hole to center of second one. Could be off by 1/4 of an inch or so, but that is close. I am not a handyman and installed it myself with no problem and could not be happier with the product. It would have been much easier with 2 people, though. I used it to hang a 32" television.

- Answer Streaming devices should be easy enough to keep mounted on the wall or on the tv itself. A full size cable box will likely still need a shelf or table nearby to sit on.

- Answer The tv you want has standard 100 mm mounting holes. The wall mount you are looking at should mount to that tv. It worked on my Samsung 36 inch with the 100 mm hole pattern.
