Can this be mounted under a kitchen cabinet? null

Yes it can. The base has to be mounted vertically instead of the normal horizontal. Also the type of material your cabinets are made of matter make sure it’s a solid material. Particle board is not strong enough to hold both the mount and the Monitors weight. Hope this helps.
