• A:Answer It tilts and extends in many different directions. It will work for what you want it for. I feel it works best with a 24 or 27 inch TV. A 32 inch makes me a tad nervous depending on the weight.

• A:Answer Yes it can. The base has to be mounted vertically instead of the normal horizontal. Also the type of material your cabinets are made of matter make sure it’s a solid material. Particle board is not strong enough to hold both the mount and the Monitors weight. Hope this helps.
