A:AnswerI have mine on the wall and the whole thing from the wall out to the tip of the shelf is about 13 1/8 inches deep. My concern is that the shelves are only a little over 15.5 inches wide. My DVD player feet barely fit on it and the edges of the deck hang over. The shelves are smaller than I thought (width-wise). The shelf looks great and it does it's job. One issue though - both of the shelves (one more than the other) still moves back and forth a bit even though the clamp is tight. I tried repositioning and retightening the clamp, but it still moves slightly. It is only a little, and won't slip out of position or anything. It just seems like it should be more solid.
A:AnswerEach unit came with three. You can use one, two or three. I used two as you really can't space them that far apart. For small items all three would be fine.
A:AnswerThese shelves hold 30 pounds each. They are quite sturdy...don’t let the fact that they’re made of glass deter you. We have a heavy Bose Soundwave radio on one shelf, and a Bose soundbar and cable companion box on the other shelf. They’re great, we are pleased with the purchase of these shelves.
A:AnswerThe shelf bracket mounts to the wall bracket that is mounted to the wall behind the TV wall mount. The selves are adjustable by way of an adjustable fitting that slides up and down the center track of the wall mounting bracket.
A:AnswerI believe you can. The Geek Squad, which did my install, presented this as an option to me. Instead I had them put the second unit NEXT TO, not ON TOP OF, the first.
