A:AnswerPlease ref to page 17 where the ratchet handle is called out . You will get half turns of the handle as the display on mounted and will not allow full turns. Pulling on the handle releases it and allows it to move. Make your half turn then release it will snap back and reengage. Then continue until you get the reduction in tension and reverse to get the handle to hold the tilt and tighten again when the tilt desired is obtained.
