If Persona 5 did come with a limited edition controller with the game then it would have been a preorder bonus that would have been bundled at a higher cost than the base cost of $59.99 at the time of its original release. Popular series like this will have the base game at price A. Price B with include some stuff like the steel book and maybe 1 or 2 other items with the game. Price C will be everything in Price A & B with some more stuff in it. Sometimes game companies will release limited runs of controllers &/or consoles (with the wires & 1 controller included) as marketing such as what EA did with the limited editions Star Wars consoles or Microsoft with its limited edition 20th year Xbox Series X to be released along side Halo Infinite. Games rarely come with controllers. Limited run controllers either come with the condole or alone.

There is no Persona 5 controller. Early copies of the game came with a controller skin you could apply to your existing controller but those ones are most likely already sold out.

Mine came with the controller cover (not a whole controller or anything). Its a sticker for the controller.

The standard, non-steel book, launch edition of the game comes with Persona 5 stickers for the PS4 controller but I don’t think there’s a dedicated P5 controller.

Unfortunately no, the ps4 controller skin only came with the game's first print. This is just the game, nothing fancy.
