It depends on when you placed your order. I pre-ordered it back in December and for me it says that they are preparing my order now and that it will be delivered to me by the release date. I believe if you placed your order a while ago it will come on the release date like normal, but if you just recently placed your pre-order maybe a week or two ago, it might come a little late.
