Unfortunately, it seems like they will only return if someone's pre-order cancels, or if a card is declined, etc. I was lucky enough to get it when it restocked recently, but I don't believe it's coming back unless one of those conditions I mentioned are met. It is of course a Limited Edition of the game. eBay is another good bet, but it's super pricey.
