To keep it working well, we recommend replacing the filters (filters, not the water pump) and cleaning the pump every two weeks if you have one pet. This includes both the white filter in the tray and the black foam filter covering the pump, which helps trap debris and protect the pump. Regular maintenance is key to keeping it running smoothly.
