“I have 4 roku tvs in the same room. If I try changing the station on one TV with that tvs remote, it changes the channel on other tvs. Will I be able to program 4 different roku tvs into this remote, and control them seperately?”

Skee, thanks for your question. This remote uses inferred signal so if the Roku's are in different areas of the room it should work because it only going to work at the Roku that you are pointing at. Note: you should only have to program it once it will work all the Roku's.
