“Can I assign a secondary TV to my DVD button or AUD button on this remote? If so what procedure do I use to assign a hdtv code to the DVD or AUD button? For watching sports at the same time I have a old small Ematic hdtv next to my larger SAMSUNG hdtv.”

The instructions say you can program any device type to any device button. You just hold setup, release, press DVD, than enter the code for your second TV or any other device. It doesn't specify a second TV, but it says any code on the list.

Any button can be programmed for any device. Just follow the programming instructions for TVs.
